Emily Blunt wears not one, but two Papilionaceous ribbons in the 2009 film ‘The Young Victoria’ – for which Sandy Powell won the Academy Award for Best Achievement in Costume Design.
The ribbon around the waist is a small diamond pattern whereas the trailing lengths are the same design seen on Estella’s bonnet in Great Expectations.
